Dean's Speech
Dear Students
In September 1997, the English Section program at Zagazig University's Faculty of Commerce was started. Since that time, this program has played a leading role in providing quality English language section education among similar programs in other Egyptian universities. I hope that our program will maintain its reputation, success and leadership in the future.
The English section program is designed to supply the need of our society for well-qualified graduates in Accounting, Business Administration and Economics majors with perfect capabilities in English language and computer application techniques. The students in this program are classified into small application groups to encourage open discussion, close relationships between students and staff members, support the collaborative participation in computer project researches, and exposure to modern online learning techniques. Moreover, in November 2003 the new English Section Administration has launched this remarkable web site along with our new computer lab and many library facilities for the benefit of our students, graduates and staff.
I am sure that the English Section students will do their best to continue their studies successfully, to be remarkable and honorable representatives for the Faculty of Commerce in Zagazig University.
